Full Home Inspector Position
Position Requirements
- FL Home Inspector License – We Can Help Guide You
- Ability to Conduct 2.5 to 3hr Inspections of Residential Homes – From Roofs to Crawlspaces
- Effective Communication Skills – to Effectively Communicate Defects, Provide Education on Defects, and Provide Solution Options to Both Clients and Realtors
- Report Writing – Using our Company Software and Reporting Template (Typically Takes 30min to 1hr to Finalize Reports After Inspections)
- Positive Attitude and Interpersonal Skills are a Must
Insurance Inspector Position
Position Requirements
- FL Home Inspector License – We Can Help Guide You
- Ability to Conduct 30min to 1.5hr Inspections of Residential Homes – Inspecting Specifically for Insurance Standards
- Effective Communication Skills – to Effectively Communicate Defects, Provide Education on Defects and Provide Solution Options to Clients
- Report Writing – Using our Company Software and Reporting Template (Typically Takes 30min to Finalize Reports After Inspections)
- Positive Attitude and Interpersonal Skills are a Must
