Our Story
Our Previous Chapter
Tier-1 Pro Inspections is proudly veteran-owned and operated by myself, Sean Richards and my wife Sarah.
As a former U.S. Army Sergeant Major and Tier-1 Operator in a Special Missions Unit, the core of Tier-1 Pro Inspections can be summarized by what made me successful as an operator in our country’s most selective special operations unit:

After 20yrs of service with the U.S. Army, my family and I settled in Winter Springs, Florida to be closer to Sarah’s extended family, all of whom are life-long residents of Central Florida.

Our Community Outreach
All of us at Tier-1 Pro Inspections are committed to being a positive influence in our community. Therefore, a percentage of all sales are donated right back into our community to help those in need. Thanks to our community's support we were able to donate $1,000 this past Christmas to the Kids House of Seminole County an advocacy center for abused children.
